WASHINGTON D.C., June 8, 2009 — Anthony Real Estate has been selected for the 2009 Best of Escondido Award in the Real Estate Agents category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA).

The USCA “Best of Local Business” Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category.  These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.

Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category.  The 2009 USCA Award Program focused on quality, not quantity.  Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the USCA and data provided by third parties.

FIVE STAR: “Best in Client Satisfaction”

in San Diego for 2008 and AGAIN for 2010!

Jay Anthony, broker and owner of Anthony Real Estate in Escondido, has been awarded the coveted FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent award in 2008 and AGAIN for 2010. Only 7 percent of San Diego agents and brokers are chosen for this award by an independent third-party company.

More than 23,500 nomination ballots were mailed to San Diego area residents who had recently bought or sold homes.  They were asked to nominate only agents whom they knew through personal experience, and to evaluate them based on nine criteria: Customer Service, Communications, Find the right home, Integrity, Negotiation, Marketing the home, Knowledge, Closing preparation and overall Satisfaction.

Before being finalized, the list was reviewed by a blue-ribbon panel, consisting of realty
company executives, professional and trade association officers and others directly involved in housing-related businesses.

Anthony Real Estate Receives NATIONAL RECOGNITION…

Anthony Real Estate has achieved national recognition for placing in the top ten percentile of more than 8,500 real estate firms across the country. The honor, awarded by National Statistical Research Company of Chicago, is based on a computer analysis of hundreds of thousands of questionnaires sent to recent home-buyers asking for an evaluation of the services they received from the real estate firm who handled their transaction.

Anthony Real Estate customers were asked to evaluate the services provided and the overwhelming majority of Anthony Real Estate’s customers responded that the service was good or excellent!
